Horrible experience with Maryna from Bothasig

If I could give a 0 star rating on professionalism for Maryna at Bothasig branch, I would. Asked her if the owner of the house would accept a cash offer. Only reply I got was: "of course no". Not Hi, not nothing. Extremely rude. We are in the market for buying a property but this just left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend Remax to anyone :( Side note: I sent an email and whatsapp at 20:15 at night, expecting her to obviously not answer right away as it's after office hours but nonetheless, her response was uncalled for.
