Horrible Agent Service

We recently bought a house in Faerie Glen via a Remax Agent – Lynette van As. There were 100 promises made with her colleague present before the offer was signed by us. After the offer was accepted there was minimum assistance with everything we asked, and all the promises made by Lynette fell away. We followed up, but only excuses are sent back via WhatsApp.

We’ve worked with a lot of agents in the past, but I’ve never experienced this type of lies and bad service from an agency to make a sale. I will go out of my way to NEVER work with Remax again or sell any of my properties through them if this is how they treat clients for a penny. The Remax agency commission fee is not low and the least she could have done is, to be honest, or leave all the promises. Decent service is not that difficult, she didn’t even have to be a good agent.
