Greedy Agent

I called an agent by the name of Anthony regarding a vacant house in Bonteheuwel that I am interested in purchasing. I contacted him and he told me that I can put in a offer providing that he sell my property. I advised him that I have an agent that is selling my property and he was persistent to sell my property. When I adv that I want my agent to sell my property he said he was going to email me the offer to purchase documents but never did because I didn't allow him to sell my property. I'm very dissapointed in Remax as he is employed by them. Until today he didn't send me the documents and didn't arrange for viewing. I have the cash to pay for the house but he was too damn greedy to sell both properties. I'm expecting a reply asap otherwise I'll take this further.
