Fundiswa. No respect. No communication. Lack of proessionalism

This is the worst Agency there is. FUNDISWA you're name is on this one. How on earth can you have such lack of communication. I filled out all the application forms, sent all my documents and private information just to get told by FORWARDED message that the place is all of a sudden taken (bare in mind we were supposed to be moving in the same day she forwarded us that lame message imagine having everything packed and getting told magically 1 hour before its taken by forwarded message and then getting blocked ). She doesn't even personally apologize for any inconvinience just forwards a message and blocks me. What kind of a professional Agency hires someone with such a lack of disregard for their client. Really? You are rude and unprofessional. I will never refer or use remax in my life. I will not leave this here. I will also be reporting to the head. I want an apology for the HUGE INCONVINIENCE CAUSE BY YOU.
