Fully Paid HOUSE and transfer COST

I am so disappointed by this company!

I purchased a house in September via their sales agent Boitumelo, the guy kept on calling me to come and view the house, after the papers were signed and payment was made he started to tell me unending stories! Four month down the line I am still waiting to move in to the fully PAID house.
