********** House Sale

I would like to inform all South Africans about Remax South Africa , Remax Grassy Park in particular. I Recently purchased a house through them and has regretted it ever since. They knowing allowed my to purchase a property knowing that it had latent defects ( problems with the plumbing) As regulated by law I wasn't given a sellers declaration declaring all the problems with the property. As a result I had to spend hundreds of thousands fixing a problem I had to have a right knowing of in the first place.. I have sent them and the seller an email but have received no feedback or compensation for all the loses I have incurred.. if anyone is thinking of doing any business with them I would strongly urge you to reconsider.. They are only in the business of ******** people and doesn't care who suffers in the process.
