Fleas infested dirty bad service from Jabu and REMAX ABM Newbrighton

On tihe 26 November 2021 I went to RE/MAX ABM Newbrighton branch for a house that was for rental @33Naka street Zwide. I found a lady called Jabu, she quickly gave me a lease agreement I signed and payed and was told to get the keys on Monday the house will be cleaned, painted and the yard outside will also be clean and the garage will be cleared. I called on Monday to fetch the keys my call was ignored, later I was told that my lease starts on the 1st of December, so I'll occupy on that day. The 1st came I moved out of my current apartment to the property, I could not go in the house, I stayed outside with my furniture... Jabu kept saying she will call me back, she's on her way...... the house was very dirty the wall full of fleas, electric plugs not working bedroom globe holders damaged.... Now I'm stranded with my family with our furniture outside the premises , we can't sleep in a place like that.... No curtain rails on the windows. The office was very rude they even blocked my numbers, when I asked for Jabu they hid her and told me that she was out but found her at the office.All they wanted was my money that's all... They don't even care how or where we gonna sleep. I went to a bnb for the night with my family.... I regret coming to remax
