Failing to provide good service

To Whom it may Concern<br> <br> I am seeking help on a complaint against agent and landlord not committing to their responsibilities. I am renting an apartment and now that my contract has come to an end the owner/ agent wants me to make time for people to fix existing problems that I had since I moved in, for the next tenant.<br> <br> I have signed a contract for a year and in that year I complained and asked for the place to be fixed, but every time I got told it will be looked at, ever since I moved in I was promised by agent that things will be looked at and fixed for me, ever since then and 11 months later, I could not use the garage I rented with the place as peoples geyser over flow and balcony collection water was running into my garage, as some of my boxes got damaged and I just did not want to park there anymore, the body corporate even advised me afterwards I should not use it as it will damage my belongings. I informed the agency timeously and they just said we will fix things. <br> <br> Now that I want to be reimbursed they are one sided, condescending and threatening me by saying I will be liable for damages if I do not let people fix the place now.
