Extremely disappointed Remax poor service

I have been waiting more than 2 months now for my refund on my deposit. I have phoned, left messages and whatsapps with no replies. Contract states 21 day refund policy and still no refund from Remax!!!!My Landlord was happy with the way I vacated the premises and the Remax agent was supposed to arrange my deposit refund.After numerous calls,emails ...no reply and assistance from Remax
