<p>My wife and I recently bought our first home.</p> <p> </p> <p>As first time buyers we where treading on unfami**** territory and had absolutely no clue what to look for, what questions to ask or where to begin. This is where our Estate Agent came in... Nick Grobbelaar from Remax Dazzle, an exceptional agent who took us to view a number of properties that where in our price range.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why I would like to give Nick such high praise is because he is not the typical snobby estate agent just trying to close a deal and make commission, or who would not even attend to you when they hear you are a first time buyer. Nick was always helpful and he was always available for our questions.... and believe me we asked a lot.
