Estate rental agents

I have just rented a flat with Remax and was assisted by an Agent named Belinda in the north of Pretoria. The worst agent ever she’s so unprofessional,*********** and inconsiderate..I found the flat filthy,windows cracked..sliding door not working and I’ve been without electricity for 5 days.
