ESTATE AGENCIES BLOUBERG/TABLEVIEW

I moved to Cape Town in Dec 2017 and have been dealing with several estate agents from Blouberg/Tabeview area. Remax in particualr did our first check for a property in Blouberg and it was made clear to them that my daughter would start school on the 17th. They were also made aware that all our posessions are in storage and the final date would be the 17th before the storage comapny would start re-billing me. It took Remax almost weeks to do the checks. The estate agents would not not keep us updated. We had to call them and most of the time they would not even remeber us. The 1st house was in Coral Road on the day of the 17th When we called the estate agent she advised us that the Landlord signed with another person. We found a 2nd house in Clydebank road and exactly the same thing happened. We waited weeks and when we called on the day the estate agent advised exactly the same. Never were we kept up to date. The last house we visited the estate agent made us drive from Vangaurd Estate to Blouberg only to tell us infront of the property the Landlord has just signed up with someone else. I dont know if there is some sort of conspiracy hapening in Blouberg amongst the Estate agents but Remax has made our lives hell. My daughter is still not schooled becuase we cannot find a house in Blouberg. Property 24, IOL etc advertises porpeties which we have sent emails to but if we had a call back from 3 estate agents then it would have been alot. I cannot believe the service that the Estate agents in the Tableview/Blouberg are are offering. It is appaulling. Why are the Landlords then using them? You call the agents for the property that they are advertising and then they tell you its no longer available. I have rented 9 properties in Pretoria and I can assure I app**** and within a day credit checks was done I had they keys and moved in. I have been told CT things are slower but this is rediculous. Can anyone tell me of any Estate agency in Blouberg/Tableview that actually will be able to help me get into a property? or do the job they there for I am absolutely devestated by the service Ihave received thus far in Cape Town
