Dont care

Been renting and landlords and the staff at Lorraine branch in port Elizabeth are doing little to nothing to resolve the issues. Mould. Broken blinds. Shower issues. Tiles outside not slip proof. Numerous issues and they simply ignore me. I've sent email after email, called Kobie te Principal spoke to Lexi the Branch Manager after numerous issues from Tasmin the Agent and even contacting the landlord he puts little urgency on issues. I am fed up. It is so frustrating to not get updates or feedback.
