Donovan's Bad Attitude

Am a successful young professional and entrepreneur, am looking to a beautiful modern property to buy. I came across Lombardy Estate as I was browsing through properties and I saw a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house that I am interested in buying. Yesterday 15-05-2015 I called the contact person listed on the property sale site for that specific house , the guys name is Donovan. I explained that there is property I saw on the internet and I would like to arrange for viewing. Donovan asked what is it I like and I explained I liked the house I saw and I just needed to view it to confirm and he said he cant arrange for viewing as he cant take people to see the house just because they like it as it takes his time. I said okay and he said bye and dropped the phone. That was extremely bad attitude, I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and have never come across this absurd behaviour. He clearly does not understand the sales business and if he continues with his attitude he will be loosing a lot of sales. Attitude is everything and its clear he fails to see that. I will definitely never want to deal with that again, and wont want anyone else to, I hope for his sake that he changes.
