DO NOT USE REMAX LADYSMITH ESPECIALLY - CARRYN DOIDGE

<p>I have signed a 2 year lease with Remax for a property in Ladysmith. I was supposed to pick up the keys from Carryn however due to the unforseen storm where visibility was poor on Saturday it was beyond unsafe for my team and myself to pull full trailers and make the trip from Durban to Ladysmith. I called Carryn to let her know we did not leave on time and I would leave as soon as the storm cleared up. When I told her I was not going to make it up on time her attitude was something out of a horror movie. She proceeded to tell me how that was just not going to suit her as she had personal plans and it was not her problem there was a storm. Maybe I am imagining it but shes an estate agent, its their job to ensure clients are handed over the keys no matter what, its just unfortunate we were unable to leave on time. She has absolutly no customer service s****s or human being s****s and should definitely find another job with would much rather suit her personality</p>
