Do not trust them

After winning a colour in competition, my daughter won a hot air balloon ride. Excited to have won, we went for the trip, just to arrive to an empty space. According to them, the weather is not right. It is now apparently postponed to be in 5 to 10 YEARS! No apologies received.

If they cannot deliver on a simple kids colour in competition, how on earth can they sell properties???
