Disrespected client

I would like to communicate my utter dissatisfaction with the real estate agency I.e. Remax Table View and in particular one of their agent's Carmen. I had a horrible experience with this agent after the sale of my property. She is rude and disrespectful and on more than one occasion threatened me with additional costs for my account should I not abide by her wishes or way of doing things. She is a bully and allowed the ******* and unauthorized access of my property without the attorneys or my prior permission. I would never advise anyone to do business with the agent or agency. As even when the agent via email to the attorneys was blatantly rude and disrespectful to me and again threatened me with costs for my own account because of her own misunderstandings and bullish ways, with all her superiors cc'd on the emails, not once did any of them offer my an apology, the agent in question included. Am I glad that this transaction is over. Enjoy my money that I paid to you for fees. I will just say that I will never ever do business with you again and I would discourage anyone from dealing with this unprofessional agent and agency in future. Disgruntled client.
