Dishonest Service

<p>If I were to buy a house again...Remax Town and Country Krugersdorp are the last people I would approach...I have had nothing but dishonesty from the Krugersdorp branch...we signed the contract in October 2015 and the contract has yet to be fulfilled and I have been living in the house since February.... the snag list that was supposed to have been sorted is still not sorted... I wish I could put pictures up as to the finishings these people expect me to be happy with...I have water dripping out of the wall from leaking pipes in my brand new bathroom this was supposed to have been fixed but its still pouring out f the wall....there is a huge hole under the kitchen sink and damaged new kitchen cupboard,where there was a leaking pipe...they fixed the pipe but left a huge gaping hole in the plaster and didnt replace the cupboard ...My brand new laminate flooring that they installed is lifting in 6 places and they refuse to fix it...I have invited Nelis DuPlessis to come and inspect the property a number of times which he has refused to do....<br />The sale price of the house was originally R ********** .00 and we opted to addR 60000.00 onto the bond to be utilised for security purposes... of which only R32000.00 was used...they are now refusing to pay out the balance towards the rest of my security.... so I am paying the bond of R ********** .00 but they are not releasing the R28000 I need for spikes, another beam and cameras...as I have already been brokren into twice.... I am disgusted with the way Remax Town and country in particular the Krugersdorp branch treat their customers and will certainly NEVER again use or recommend their services<br /> <br /> <br /> </p>
