Dishonest practices and poor business ethics

I found them to be distasteful ,dishonest and unprofessional . I purchased a property advertised by them ,the levy advertised was false and was found to be 35% higher than advertised (R83780 extra cost of levy on the life of the bond)amount to which their excuse was and was blamed on an individual who was deceased and denied any liability for their "mistake" .Agent who assisted was extremely unprofessional (eg an hour late on two occasions for meetings .when i requested an offer to purchase , a dirty crumpled document was presented to me for completion. At least he tried to straighten it out LOL.) Only the purchase amount was inserted by the agent and i was requested to sign(levy amount was left blank) Should you want to purchase a property DO NOT USE REMAX TOWN AND COUNTRY !The absolute worst service i have ever received from any "service" provider
