*********, dishonest, disgraceful

Not only disappointing, but ********.

I rented a place that ended up having electrical, plumbing, and structural issues. The agents are aware of these issues and assign interns to rent the property out. They do not declare any of the issues.

There is mold, water damage, and water ingress around a power outlet. Considering the amount of mould that grew despite cleaning it repeatedly, indicates ongoing water ingress issues. Water coming into the flat when it rained and the wooden floors rotting near pipes further shows ongoing water ingress.

Multiple personal items were damaged because they were in the wardrobe with the undeclared mould and water ingress. The lessor and agents claimed they had a valid CoC, but refused to provide it when asked. With water ingress around an electrical socket, as well as mould, the validity was further questioned. If an electrician issues a CoC under those conditions, they would lose their license.

Multiple electronics, including my laptop, brand new out-of-the-box washing machine, and brand new out-of-the-box phone (my original phone fried and needed to be replaced during occupancy), were severely damaged. My laptop is my source of income and livelihood. Their lawyer was involved as an ************ tactic and a means to avoid accountability.

No accountability, no declaration of defects, and no ownership of wrongdoing.

I lived with a sewage smell because of a P-trap issue that the agency is aware of.

RE/MAX Infoglobe is *********, dishonest, and operates as though the law and regulations are a suggestion.
