disgusting customer service

i am disgusted with this rental agency to rhys tyran and simone it took me more than two weeks after filling in there paper work going to the police to get all the documents they requested certified etc for a rental in elands rock estate southcrest looking at all the units they had under the company zelri properties. what i dont understand i WAS the FIRST person to look at the one unit told them that was the one i wanted. we agreed and that was the last i heard after sending numerous emails and phoning them to ask what is going on i got an email yesterday informing me that all units in the complex had been rented out to other people!!
