Disgusted by the slack service offered

We recently purchased a property and am appalled by lack of service received by the agent. She received a substantial amount in commission for showing us the property 3 times. She never delivered on any of her undertakings and when reprimanded, she retaliated by becoming defensive. Is it too much to expect that you do at least a little work and actually earn your \pay check\"? What is more disgusting is the fact that Remax condones the slack behavior as the agent's principal does not return phone calls. I also sent the Remax head office an e-mail Tuesday, 02 February 2016, requesting who I could discuss my complaint with and have I not received and feedback from them. This is exactly why estate agents have such a bad name. Completely appalled and disgusted."
