Disgusted at Remax's agent!

I'm disgusted at how I've been treated as a first time property buyer by Remax! The Agent responsible for my bad experience was Nadine van Wyk. She seems like one of God's angels when showing you property, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to her as I now sit with issues that needs fixing and nobody's contacted me regarding them. I've been staying in my house for 45 days and since I moved in I haven't heard from the agent or Remax as a company. Should there not be a survey done? A follow up to make sure everything is in order? I have been sending e-mails to Nadine van Wyk, Remax's complaints dep and nothing is being done to resolve my issues. Is there anybody out there who can advise what I can do in this regard. I am clueless with these things and don't know where to turn to anymore.
