Disappointed first time home buyer!!!!!

If I was able to give zero stars I would. We bought a house through Remax in January 2020. Only to find out that the owner have none of the required property documents for selling a property, not even a house plan.

We have been going back and forth with the seller and her transfer attorneys to gather all these documents for an entire year and counting. To this day we are still not in our house and to make matters worse, the bank now has forfeited our bond application due to all these delays!! Meaning we have now lost an enormous amount of money which we have paid to the bond attorneys for the process.

As first time buyers this whole process have been such a disappointment. If you’re planning to buy a house through Remax think twice. I would think that any property agency that will attempt to sell a house on behalf of any seller would actually make sure that all required documents are in place prior to even listing the house.
