Deposit refund!!
⚠️ Never lease/rent through Remax Burgersfort its a ****. Its been a month since I moved out due no electricity in the flat I was renting out. My deposit has not been refunded. Everytime when I follow up the agent Marcel she also says she will follow up - I have never received any feedback from her. Instead they still sending me monthly statements. There is a lack of communication and incompetence. Im not sure if they know what they are doing. I need my deposit as in yesterday. I waited for too long. Will never use them as my agency again.
