Deposit!

The contract with the tenant expired at the end of January 2016. On the 21 February 2016 I was forced to sign a rental contract in our personal capacity with the tenant due to the fact that no attempt was made either telephonically or by email to renew the rental contract that Remax destiny had intentionally allowed to lapse. Now Remax wants to deduct from the tenants deposit a fee of R3720 for having to cancel the contract. What effort did they make to ensure that their job was done? How did they do their job in allowing a tenant to occupy our premises without a valid contract thereby putting our investment at risk? I find this to be totally unacceptable. As usual Remax destiny is out to ***** from the public in whichever way they can get away with. They also intentionally allow the issue of the refund of the deposit to pass the stipulated 30 days. Theft, theft, theft!
