Deeply disappointed

It is unfortunate as my experience with Remax started off positively.

I viewed a property through an agent. He then asked me to let him know if I was interested. The very next day another property came on the market, I immediately messaged the agent. I asked to view this second property before making a decision on the first.

A time was decided. I had to reschedule but was told this was fine. I arrived at the agreed upon time. No one arrived. I waited for HALF AN HOUR. With no communication.

I was angry. But really wanted to see the property. We agreed upon another time.

I sat and waited for half an hour AGAIN. The agent then phoned 30 minutes later to say he had to reschedule as he needed to go the shops for his wife!!!!

I wasted an hour of my day. And politely told the agent this in a message.

He then rep**** saying mud slinging won't help anyone ( not once was I anything but nice as it is a small town and as 1 of 2 agents I couldn't afford to show how frustrated I was). He then said he was still waiting on my reply from the first viewing.

It seems Remax isn't alright with me viewing a 2nd property the next day. They force you to make a decision before looking at other options through them. Nothing was stopping them from showing these places to other viewers, except for the fact that the agent never arrives.

I am incredibly upset. I had people from the complex coming to ask me why I was parked their all day. I wasted an hour of my day and then on top of that was made to feel as if I was in the wrong, with no apology from the agent.

Do not use Remax. Sadly I now am not able to use them at all as he is the only viewing agent in this tow
