Customer complaint handled perfectly

I Bought some cables From Remax in the Ferndale on Main shopping centre on 29th December. I was unhappy with my purchase when I unpacked them, so went back to the store on 31st December. I am pretty sure that the people I dealt with did not agree with my complaint, but they went out of their way to sort the problem out, so that I could leave the store a delighted customer. Thanks to the two guys who helped me.
