Remax kuruman is the worst when coming to rental homes.i paid 8000 Rand for rental deposit when I moved in.i tooked photos of the place when I moved out I was paid 5600 as they said I have broken the curtain rail and a plug. Guess what, the curtain rail was broken when I came in. Now I'm paying for things i found them like that. The contract says I must be given an option to fix the problem identified but I was not given that chance. When I ask whether the two defects costed that money they said they have painted the place of which I said that the paint was still fine as I was staying alone. I have sent the pictures of the place to the agent by the name of Christelle and I complained to her and she acknowledged the defects but now she is making me to fix the problem that I have found. I want South Africa to know about the ****** of kuruman remax. I'm going to make sure that this is the last time they treat the tenants like this. REMAX KURUMAN ARE ****** AND *******.

14 Feb 2020, 13:13I have already sent the complain. The agent who assisted me just sent me an email today in the morning asking me if I'm going to fix the damage that they have noted when they did the inspection after they deducted my money without consulting me. Yesterday she told me they have fixed the problems because there was a tenant who was supposed to move in but to my surprise today I must tell her if I'm going to fix the place. What I'm asking myself is what is it that I'm going to fix since they have already done so?

I have a list of people who have rented at riverside apartments at kuruman that were treated the same way as myself and they are willing to take the case forward. This unfair treatment must come to an end. Please if you are looking for accommodation at kuruman never ever use REMAX KURUMAN. Look for other agencies.

Please find attached the copy of the exit inspection report I did on your flat.
The flat isn't clean and there are a few damages as well:
There is a light switch broken in the passage, a curtain rail in bedroom 1 thats bracket is broken, the rails short hooks, theres keys missing in the bedrooms for the doors and there is a paint chip on the one wall in the living room that needs to be fixed.
Can we get someone to repair and clean the flat on your behalf please?
