<p>so i recently went to go look for an apartment to lease and found one at 3 honey rock, colleen road honeydew. i spoke to the agent and asked him the cost associated with the place and he informed me of the rent and the deposits. i asked about the 'sewerage and refuse' amount that i saw on the website more then once but it was never communicated to me. Then i recieved a statement, not from the municipality from remax with an amount that was ridiculous and i told them that is too much no one in their right mind would pay that much for sewerage and refuse. so i'm cancelling the lease. they refuse to listne to me and instead are harressing me.</p> <p> </p> <p>yesterday i received a email from this lady saying i must do an exit inspection and that the partment must be clean, i reposnded telling her she has a nerve when the apartment was beyond dirty when i found it. and now they are sending me an email that the door is dented and the curtin railling are lose which is laughable cause i wasn t even there for a month.</p> <p> </p> <p>the walls are disgusting and so dirty the kitchen cupboards are loss. the tiles are cracked. this place is a dump and i only saw it when i was cleaning and did proper inspection. this house was not maintained at all and not they want to say its me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i think the agents and stuff from remax are fruadsters and when you speak to them they all give you differnet stories. they are ****s shem </p>
