Ken Bluff, rental agent @ Remax Plumstead. I'm stuck with the question of whether you are the *****, or your employer, or both. We left our rental home once our contract came to an end and were thrown with INSANE/Dishonest charges including 3k for a pool service (2x cups of HTH and turn on the crawly), a brand new paint job of the entire house charged 3x more than the value of the job (where was our new paint job when we move in?). The list goes on. Ken came to do a pre inspection before we moved out and made no mention of half the services "needed". He was happy with the state of the house with the exception of 2 minor things that needed fixing. Despite not having informed us of the charges that would be taken from our deposit, Ken now refuses to take our calls after his assistant gave us a fraction of our deposit back. Over all terrible experience, befware of REMAX. #RentalTribunal
