Construction noise

For the past 2 months we have had construction next to our unit. We have requested for the guards to ask the land lord to stop as our contract stipulates that construction should not be done over weekend. We come home on a Monday and hear constant drilling and banging of the walls. We report this to the guards who are scared of the construction by because his the landlord or part of the body corporate. We have even been to the police station to get a affidavit. When we informed REMAX our agents we are told this has been escalated. We advised that we will not pay the rental due to breach of contract. We are than informed that we will be listed. Who can assist if our own agents don't understand our frustration. How do people enforce rules but not abide. <br> <br> Service levels and business ethics are shocking. <br> .
