Conned by remax agent
When I had an offer on my property in South Africa, lower south coast kzn. I discussed with agent about reducing her commission so I could get a set amount in my pocket. She made a verbal agreement with me so I could get what I wanted. Sadly I didn't get it in writing. Once it went through I saw I got R15000 less. It was her word against mine. Be warned all you house sellers. Remax conned me big time. Get it in writing if you have agreement on commission. I will never use them again neither will I recommend them. I am a widow and pensioner, shame on you
