Chris "Smallie" big on words big on threats Caitlin Farren honest to a point of deceit

I wanted a character home in Howick to retire in. So I looked on line for various properties well within my price range. I was told to be careful of certain areas. So that now reduced my search. I found an old sweet little home in Merrivale Heights. So many agents had their boards outside. I chose to call Caitlin Farren of Remax Howick. She talks the talk and was ever so sweet when showing me the house. There was a huge Crack which she quickly responded was not a load bearing wall. A civil engineer possibly? They declared a damp wall and a rotten Gemini hut on the sales agreement as defects. Now we are in our housevsince 1st May. We have no sewer lines. Caitlin knew. The old lady had a colonoscopy bag. So she didn't need a toilet. So why should anyone else need a toilet. We met with Remax yesterday Mr Smallie the manager did everything in his power to protect Caitlin. Please please please be Careful of purchasing a home through Caitlin Farren and be very aware of Smallie. He is super opinionated.an ex engineer who throws Japanese words around to impress. For example Kaizan Mr smallie is big on threats. He said we are not to involve him in this debacle and there were 700 homes listed in the Howick area when we bought this dump. I asked him what the point was of that. They were either homes in scarey residential areas or homes in the golf estates Which greatly reduced the range of available options. Be careful of these two scarely how they suck the life right out of one with their deceit. Mr Chris Smallie and Ms Caitlin Farren job well done for getting rid of this home
