Checklist
The duty of an agent at listing and post sale needs review I found that the agent did not have a checklist and failed to disclose significant problems such as damp leaking pipes and damaged stack doors. I feel that they are so eager to list a property that they do not do the groundwork and are easily swayed by the seller to overlook important stuff.
