Caitlin Farren guilty or innocent did she perform her function as an agent

Has anyone dealt with remax Howick We recently bought a home through Caitlin Farren. Very chirpy lady very friendly fami**** with the seller. We moved the 1st of May to find that the house does not have sewage systems below ground. Do you this this is the agents fault for not disclosing the sewage pipes are gone. Should I hold her responsible??she even knew the old seller had colonoscopy bag the **** emptied the contents into the flowers. Do you believe it is the agents negligence. I think she was driven by her commission. She didn't want to loose it
