Buying a house? Don't use REMAX

Bought a house on sale through Remax. Our agent was from another company - Remax agent didn't bother showing her face and still haven't met her. They made us use their conveyancers BOTHACOPO.... Who don't give a damn about their timelines or the people who have bought from their client and no Remax agent means no help for us - no one to fight for us. Now we may have to rent despite buying this house before we sold ours but BothaCopo just to pathetic to care. Think twice about buying a house if being sold through Remax. I know they dont reply but this is for future potential home buyers.
