Breakage deposit not paid

<p>I have been contacting the Agent I dealt with regarding my refund, contract stated 5 working days after we leave it has been almost two weeks and she is not replying, I want my money back. The money was paid into a trust account which means it is attracting interest like any other lease deposit. Highly disgusted with the service I received, and the place that we rented then we still had to pay R 650 for cleaning which we got a dirty , ants invested place in St helena bay namely the Palm View.</p>
