Breach of contract /misrepresentation

<p>Remax agent employed in Kyalami offices ****** my tenant R101 000, 00 and Remax is refusing to pay back the money reason being their employee did not take the money back to them. The employee is registered with the company and committed from under the Remax name. Provided all necessary documents and still the money has not been refunded. Very teribble experienced indeed.</p>
