Billed for parking fines

To Whom it may Concern<br> I had been billed for an amount of R1290.00 which was taken off my deposit for apparent parking fines in the complex that i had rented for my daughter.<br> I have correspondence where my wife & myself had requested for the illegitimacy of the fines in question where Vision Properties through the trustees of the complex ********LY handed out fines & look my money without answering some important questions of mine - did not even bother to reply.<br> One being that the municipality & national building codes subscribe by law that there is to be certain amount of parking areas stipulated as per the size of the building in question ie: the apartment that we had rented had two bedrooms but had only one parking space allocated.<br> Two being that i requested the procedure in which the Trustees had followed in implementing this fine as i question the legitimacy of their actions plus i wish to be shown correspondence where we were informed in writing of such fines.<br> I do believe that this can be resolved before municipal inspectors / media & legal actions is taken,<br> My friend Simon Lapping (SA top consumer watch dogs) will intervene should their be no resolution <br> <br> Shaun Keuning
