Beware of Remax on the bay evicting tenants that pay!!!

<p>Kim Mann from remax 5months ago let apartment at villa dalgrave to M.Naicker for R9000.00 per month...apartment toilet pots leaking urine and faeces...showers leaking into bedroom...bedroom damp carpets in bedroom damp.electrical mains tripping plug points dont work...cochroache infestation. The rental of R9000.00 has been paid every month but nothing has been done.finally today 24.03.2017 we have been notified by Kimm Mann that we are to vacate the apartment.</p> <p>Please beware of remax on the bay ...they will let out properties with any service to the apartment...</p>
