Bad Service from Remax Infoglobe Centurion

Good day Remax Infoglobe Centurion is the worst Company ever to do rentals and the most bad service ever. The house we were supposed to rent was in shocking condition. Remax was not present with the previous tenant's exit inspection nor where they present with my Ingoing Inspection. According to the PPRA and The Housing Tribunal the agent/ Agency should accompany the new tenant when handing over the keys and a proper inspection needs to be done. The inside of the house was dirty. The black municipal dustbin was full of rubble and a lot of rubble needs to be removed. Tshwane Municipality will not remove the items and this is left for the new tenant to clean. The Wendy house is falling apart and the wooden floor is full of holes. The garage door motor does not work. The built- in cupboards in the garage are rotten and can not be used. The one bedroom has a lot of black masking tape stuck to the wall. The oven light does not work. One of the remotes does not work and has no plastic buttons left. The basin in the main bedroom is full of cracks. The curtain rail rods do not match and most of the ends are missing. The wall in the study is painted 2 different colors. The wall in the lounge is full of water damp. Pieces of the garage floor cement are missing. Linen cupboard lock broken Main bathroom shower floor cracked and scratched. 4 Windows are cracked and one window chipped The blades of the ceiling fan are lying in the garage. Dog feces left in the flower beds and big holes caused by the 2 dogs. Garden needs to be cleaned. Dirty furniture marks on the wall in the lounge and in the study. Chip marks on the wall in the study - above the skirting. A lot of wooden shelves left in the garage that need to be removed. Some old shelfs left in the braai area that need to be removed. The canvas net in the braai area is very dirty and damaged. The Wendy House has a lot of rubble that needs to be removed. When we viewed the property we were not informed that the Wendy House, canvas shade nets, and garage cupboards can not be used. We would not have signed a lease agreement if we were informed about this. We were informed that it is a safe area to live in. When we received the keys on 26/8/2028 without the presence of Remax, we were informed by the previous tenant that we also needed to lock the remote gate with an extra lock. We need to sleep with a panic button just to be safe. 2 Motor vehicles of the opposite neighbors were ******. On Thursday 8 August 2024, they tried to ***** a vehicle in the same road. I do not think that the Principal or any employee of Remax Infoglobe would like to stay in a house in such a bad condition. It is clear that they not not care on how clean or dirty the hand properties over to tenants. I paid R700 inspection fees but no inspection was done. Remax is no refusing to pay back my deposit.
