bad service

I have received the worst management of my property from Remax Heidelberg, I have never received payments on time and the tenants when the did not pay in full remax would take their portion and not even pay me half the amount we agreed on. The took some management fee money that was suppose to cover a year then they terminated the contract in 6 months after paying themselves the management fee, the never managed anything accept making funny threads that if I worry that my flat would be damaged it might just turn out damaged, I still have not been paid for June and we are already mid month when I requested that the tenant be evacuated as they have never paid on time I was told my flat would be black listed from being rented out. I feel like I was the one being managed instead of getting the service that I have paid for. I tried to report them to the branch manager but he was not interested in resolving the issue.
