BAD SERVICE AT REMAX BLOEMFONTEIN

So this is a complaint against one lady specifically who works at Remax Bloemfontein, Marcelle. this lady is responsible for rentals and she showed us a house that we were interested in. while we were viewing this house a white lady also came through to view it and right there we knew we wouldn't get the house even if we qualified for it. we identified another house and asked her to put the application through for it, she never got back to us, i called and texted her and she did not bother to call back. i contacted her again for another house, my husband and i went to look at it and from outside we didn't like it so i called her to send me a list of available houses so that we can have a look and make a decision. she asked for my email address and said she would send me the list of available rentals. that was 2 weeks back and im still waiting. i'm right down to asking myself if its because we are black and Re/max does not want black people renting their properties or what is going on here because this is just ridiculous service.
