Bad Service and False Advertising

I have a lease agreement with Remax and after I signed my lease the problems started. Firstly when it was time to move in they told me someone was in my flat and that I would have to move to another flat in the same building. I wasn't pleased but they agreed that I wouldn't pay rent for that month and that the following month Natalie stated to me that they would move my things into my rightful apartment. That did not happen upon my arrival Maggie told me it was not their policy to move my things after they had agreed over the phone to myself and my mother. Rolene then refused to give me my keys due to documents that were missing yet rent jas been deducted for 2 months including the deposit. When I had finally moved in I found out that a service they advertised was not offered when confronted they denied it even though it was written on their list.
