BAD SERVICE AND DISHONESTY

I have Moved out of a remax Flat lydenburg in April 30th 2020. I was told that I will receive my deposit refund in 3 weeks. On the 3rd week of May 2020 I sent bank statement for account details and I was told on a Friday by the estate agent that the deposit will be paid in, in a few minutes. It never did. I contacted her Friday evening saying the moneh hasn't reflected yet we are both using Fnb. She said it will reflect monday.

Monday I still ddnt get anything. I contacted her and she said she will check the finance manager if she has deposited my money back, and she will get back to me. She never did. I called in the afternoon and spoke to their VERY RUDE receptionist, who told me that the finance manager is sick. Yet I was told on Friday that the money has been sent, now the Manager is sick. Who is actually telling the truth? The receptionist said the Manager is working from how, how were they supposed to know that the Manager will be booked off sick?.I told her I would have appreciated it of they has spoken the truth and stop telling me 2 different stories. That's what made me angry, being told that the money would reflect monday, then the lady is sick?

I gave them until Friday the 28th May, was told they will check and get back to me. Then Monday the 31st May I was told again that the deposit will be done monday evening or Tuesday Morning. It is Wednesday today yet there is no money in my Account. I am so getting irritated with the dishonesty, and going back and forth with this whole situation. Where and how can I take further steps regarding this matter.
