Bad living condition for a house i bought for 1 160 000 in Greesnstone

I bought a house through RE/Max edenvale, i went to view and the house was perfect, the agent told me i wont fix anything, an by the way we buying an apartment that comes with a fully fitted kitchen and appliance. fast forward after the registration the previous owners asked me if the they stay a month extra they will pay for my rent and i agreed, time to move in we found the house dirty the kitchen unit is almost on the floor, they removed rails and the took the washing machine and left the other appliance, by the way this is ballwin properties it comes with appliances its standard, and they never mentioned on the contract that they will be taking the washing machine because i wouldn't have agreed to this. and the tap are liking, let go back to where i was promised that will move in and not do anything, the house is not what i bought, this was a lot of money, i will take this to consumer projection act says "if um not happy with what i bought i cab return or cancel
