Bad attitude and do not even care about tenants and treat them like nobodies and always take the owner's side even when they are wrong

I have been living in their rented for over 5 years. They ill-treat tenants like **** and I have been a loyal paying tenant but to them they don't care and they would send me threatning emails as there was an ******* connection done at the unit, I had to use my own money to pay for the electrician as the matter was never taken seriously when I reported it to the agency (Remax). I started communicating with body corporate directly although it was not allowed and I managed to convince them to listen to me and resolve the matter.

After the Trustee saw that indeed there was an ******* connection that is when the body corporate sent their own electricians to investigate the matter.

They re-urmbersed the unit after they installed a new meter for the one that was connected *******y. They then back-calculated the refund using an average taking into account my correct usage.

Remax are refusing to calculate my Remax account using the body corporate billing and instead they are asking me to pay more money. This has been dragging for the past 2 years and I finally left the unit due to frustration as they were even threatening to chase me out of the unit.

I left and now they do not want to pay me my deposit after frustrating me like hell until I left their premises.
