Appalling service at Remax ABM New Brighton office

Remax ABM in New brighton is extremely unprofessional. Their sales staff is very good at selling their service to you but once you have signed on the dotted line they become very rude. When you call the offices, there is hardly an answer, when they do answer you are told "we will get back to you" and they never do. We've recently told them we are moving back into our house therefore the tenants need to move out (gave them a month's notice), when we saw our house it was in a horrible state, doors, showers and even the stove were broken. Now when we contact them regarding the deposit to cover all of these costs, the phone is dropped in our ear. People need to think twice before using them as they do not look after their clients' needs.
