Appalling service

I am very disappointed in the service I received from property agent Chuma Phillip from the PE office of Remax. She is the most unprofessional individual I’ve had the displeasure to work with.

I saw a property for sale for R890 000 and I expressed my interest, she arranged for viewing and I told her I’m interested in the property, I further told her that I’d be offering the requested price of R890 000 for the property, I asked her for the relevant documents so I could start with application process. To this day, she deliberately ignored all communication from me. I got the shock of my life to see the property being placed under offer days after I asked her for the documents.

I am extremely disappointed at how unprofessional Remax employees are.
